My order finally showed up, but it was way later than I expected. The tracking info barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. frustrating and not super happy with teh wait.

I really wanted to like this, but it felt like it only worked when it wanted to. I followed the directions and kept waiting for something noticeable to happen, but it took weeks before I saw any real change. Even then, the results were small. It’s not the worst thing ever, just frustrating when you’re using it consistently and hoping it kicks in faster.

I’ve been using this for a bit my skin feels a lot more hydrated than before. It’s not anything over-the-top, but it does a solid job and my skin doesn’t feel as tight or dry throughout the day. A friend actually recommended it to me, and I’m glad I gave it a try.

I will say, I really liked how this felt on my face. It wasn’t greasy at all, dried down quickly, and didn’t leave that shiny film some products do, so that part was just nice.

But i just didn’t see much of a difference after using it. For the price, I expected a bit more. It’s not a bad product, just not something I’d buy again...

It worked fine, but when I opened it, it didn’t really feel that fresh?! It wasn’t bad or anything, I just expected it to seem a little better right out of the package...

The emails were really unclear, and I kept having to ask the same questions over and over. It felt messy and way more frustrating than it needed to be?!

I ordered from Vetteddermlab without expecting anything dramatic, mostly just curious to see if it would work the way the before-and-after photos suggested. To be fair, after a few weeks I did start noticing a difference. It wasn’t a huge overnight change, but it was enough that I felt like the product was doing something and I’m glad I gave it a try. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that the shipping took longer than I would’ve liked. Other than that, the experience was solid and I’d say it’s worth considering.

I was feeling good while browsing, but the pricing kind of soured the mood once I got to checkout. I wish the costs had been clearer upfront instead of only becoming obvious at the end.

I've been using it for about two weeks, and I can't say it didn't help. My skin looks calmer overall, though it’s definitely not perfect yet.

The packaging felt kind of weak and the box was crushed in a bit when it arrived and the bottle inside didn’t seem like it had much protection around it, so I was a little surprised it made it here okay.

I waited and waited for days, and still didn’t get any real reply. It feels like customer service just isn’t there, or they just don’t bother getting back.

My order arrived exactly when they said it would, which I really appreciated. The tracking was solid too, so I had a good idea of when to expect it. Overall, a smooth and easy delivery experience

Seeing the dermatologist info made me feel a lot more confident about it. It just feels more legit, that makes it seem like a better choice than products with no real expert backing.

I had a hard time using it because the steps weren’t very clear, so I couldn’t really figure out what I was supposed to do.

I wasn’t totally convinced at first, mostly because skincare online always makes me wonder what the catch is or if they’re just charging extra for nice packaging. But Vetted Derm Lab actually felt reasonable, and I didn’t get that feeling like they were quietly trying to make me pay for a fancy name more than the product itself.
